I’m not sure how much ‘cut’ material there was to work with. As far as I’m aware the scene where Troughton has multiple heads spinning around was all they filmed. Him sitting in a chair in the TARDIS was an all-new thing they put together. But glad you liked the story. I find War Games, even in 10 part form to be extremely watchable - even more watchable than some six parters.

I really liked the colour War Games. I hadnt seen it before I had no preconceptions. It looked amazing. It was also good to see the full regeneration into the 3rd (mix of cut material and CGI).
