Yes, if we’re talking about the woman Sutekh was tricking the Doctor into believing was his granddaughter, she was certainly human. At times in this episode of the podcast we also referred to the real Susan, for example when Dave suggested a possible ending where the Doctor visits Susan in the era he left her in after Dalek Invasion of Earth.
